Duration : 60 minutes

Webplay Recording Date : 8-24-2016

Webinar Purpose:

Change is a part of our daily lives: both professionally and personally. We are experiencing more change today than ever before and yet we do not take the time to “learn” about change and how best to “manage” change. Change managed ineffectively results in a “RAG Environment”. Change managed appropriately results in one’s ability to meet their targeted goals and grow as individuals. Change managed appropriately for an organization results in productive bottom lines, quality care and high satisfaction levels.

This Webinar will provide the participants with an understanding of the most effective strategies for managing change processes. It will describe the three phases of a change process; the beginning, the neutral zone and the ending supported with implementation examples.
